Remember the Yom Ha-Shabbat, for the shomer (observe) as kadosh.

Six days shalt thou labor, and do all thy work:

But on the seventh day is Yahweh's Sabbath, יהוה thy Ulhim: in him thou shalt not do any work, neither thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, nor thy servant, nor thy servant, nor thy flock, nor thy stranger that is within your gates:

For in six days YAHVEH יהוה made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in it, and rested on the seventh day; therefore YAHVEH יהוה blessed the Sabbath day, and hallowed it.

Shabbat is the fourth instruction out of the ten received by Mehshuah (Moses) on Mount Sinai on the 9th day of the third month, the day after the Sabbath ...

It was given to the Hebrew people, but not only the foreigners should observe as even the animals.

Inserted on the Sabbath is the biological / physical, mental / emotional blessing and a level of communication with the things concerning our rukha (the most excellent and sacred things) received at this rest.

The concept of rest does not mean "sleep", but regeneration, restructuring and re-growth! And this was given in the form of a covenant, a covenant, a promise ...

All Hebrew letters and words have various meanings, and the word shabat is written with the letters shim, bet, and tav.

So every Sabbath is the seventh day after the New Moon, so in Scripture, Shabbat and New Moon always go together!

Six more days of work on the seventh, the moon will be fully full, but seven days in its waning room and seven more days it is at the conjunction in months of 29 days and the last to last in months of 30 days, since the moon takes 29 days , 12 hours, 44 min. and 33 sec. in its revolution around the earth. So that in the calendar of the Creator and the days are fixed, and the Moon rules the month and the weeks!

This happens in fish, birds, animals and plants!

Shabbat Shalom brings the meaning in its letters: that you have balance and renewal of your forces on this day that the Creator made a pact of fire with his people!
